This is a wonderful little place in a quiet residential neighborhood.  Dmitri's Guesthouse is located just outside downtown San Diego in the historic community of Golden Hills.  We are close to all major forms of transportation, beaches and tourist attractions and is separated from Hillcrest (San Diego's premiere gay area) by the majestic Balboa Park- home to the San Diego Zoo, the Old Globe Theatre and several area galleries and museums.

While we do not discriminate in any way, Dmitri's has been proudly serving the gay community since 1988. We pride ourselves on creating an atmosphere where everyone will feel at home. However, you should definitely be aware that our clientele does consist primarily of gay men and we are considered to be a "clothing optional" facility- particularly in the pool and spa area.

RATES

$70 -- Queen bed - shared bath
$85 -- Queen bed - private bath
$95 -- Poolside Room (Queen bed - private bath)
$110 - Studio Suite (2 full beds, private bath, kitchen)

All prices listed are per night, based on double occupancy, and DO NOT include the 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax levied by the City of San Diego. Additional guests are welcome for an additional charge of $15 per person. Continental breakfast is included.

We do require that you secure your reservation with either Visa, Mastercard or advanced payment. You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours prior to your check-in time without penalty.

Editor's Note:  I've been to Dmitri's and though its clientele is primarily gay men, sisters have gotten groups together and visited as well.  It is worth it.
